PhilosophyThere are many lawyers and law firms, but I believe there are only a very small number of lawyers who have the years of experience and track record of success that my firm possesses. Perhaps more important than "what" we do and the results we get for our clients, is our method and manner of how we go about doing it. A person who suffers a "personal injury" that is serious and results in permanent life-long injury to their body because of someone else's careless actions, needs a lawyer who sincerely cares about them as a person as much as he or she cares about their case. Even though we have represented thousands of people, all of our clients are unique and very special to us. I will never change my feeling or philosophy toward my clients who have entrusted me with their case. This philosophy is ingrained in my staff and everyone who works with me. It is no surprise or accident that our clients become our lifelong friends and stay in touch with us many years after their case has been concluded. We consider them very special friends. Insurance companies today are making it harder and harder for people who have sustained serious, permanent, physical and emotional injuries to receive reasonable and fair compensation when they are injured in an accident. Make no mistake about it, their television ads about how fairly their claims are handled, seldom ring true! If they did, clients would never seek legal representation. Representing clients today demands skill, tenacity and most important, experience in knowing what to do, when to do it and how to do it. My law firm and our staff possess those qualities. We are not just interested in getting our clients fair and reasonable compensation for their injuries or loss. I know what to do to help them emotionally and psychologically through the litigation process. No one in their right mind wants to go to court unless they HAVE to. Most cases lawyers handle do not go through a trial. I know, however, that in order to properly protect our clients' interest, we must prepare to go to war from the very beginning. Make no mistake about that! Dealing with most insurance companies today in serious cases is just like going to war. We, of course, go to trial to fully protect our clients interests, if necessary. We guide our clients carefully and compassionately through the entire process so they know what to expect and how to respond. Cases involving serious, permanent, disabling injuries are no place for the timid or inexperienced lawyer.
